Every phase has a deliverable you can see, and most of them live in your client portal — the same portal system we build for your families.

  1. Strategy call & honest review · days 1–3

    A free 30-minute call. If you have an existing site, we review it live — what's working, what's costing you leads, and what we'd do first. You keep the written review either way.

  2. Guided intake questionnaire · days 1–3

    You get a portal login and a structured questionnaire: locations, services, payers, clinical leadership, brand, portal scope. Every answer maps to a build decision — services become pages, payers become insurance content, your team becomes the trust spine. It autosaves; finish it in one sitting or five.

  3. Scope & sign · days 3–5

    We return a firm, itemized proposal. This is also where we settle the HIPAA question once: if clinical data will flow through a portal, a signed BAA and defined security posture come first — priced honestly, not discovered at launch.

  4. Mockups in your portal · days 5–20

    Pixel-accurate homepage and key-page concepts appear in your portal in desktop and mobile frames. You comment, we revise. Nothing gets built until you've seen it and said yes.

  5. Build + QA gate · days 10–30

    Pages assemble from the proven component library, skinned to your brand tokens. Before launch, every build passes the same gate: WCAG 2.2 AA contrast and keyboard checks, schema validation, BACB-compliant testimonials, unique copy, Core Web Vitals on mobile, and clinical review of every clinical claim.

  6. Launch & grow · launch day + ongoing

    Every old URL gets a 301 redirect so you don't lose rankings. DNS, Google Business Profile, analytics, and call tracking come live together. Then the growth work starts: content cadence, local SEO, reviews, speed-to-lead.
